Scholarship Scams!!!:
Following the fast ever growing number of scholarship seekers worldwide and based on the means through which adverts are being made on scholarships. Scholars MUST bear in mind that, not all scholarships information/correspondences/emails are genuine. This should be understood from the very beginning of any process in this context that, since a scholarships is a NEEDY thing, an illegal plan for making money (SCAM) is so prevalent and linked to both true and fake scholarships. So today I’m giving you some things that you should be skeptical in pursuit of scholarships.
•Firstly, be skeptic on any request for Personal Information: Some scams ask for your personal details. For example: bank statements, date of birth, passwords, account numbers etc. NEVER share any of your personal information with anyone online!.
•Secondly, Watch out application fee: Scholarship scammers might act as organizations that charge fees for availing procedures or application submissions that could be undertaken for free!. Again NEVER pay for scholarship application fees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chunga vijisent vyako!!!!.
•Thirdly, questioning every now and then is sometimes not good, BUT for this one you’ve to question every single thing, You MUST question "Winnning" a Scholarship that You Never Applied!!!!: Scholarships scams may contact college/University students informing them that they have won full scholarship. You cannot win a scholarship if you have never applied for it before! Never on Earth!!. A bit of linking this with DAILY scams in our inboxes….at least every day I receive an email like this ‘’you’ve a won a sum of 75,000£’’ give us your details so that we can process it for you (example only).The question here is, how can you win without doing the LOTTERY thing??????
•Fourthly, be skeptic on any guaranteed scholarship award: Scams that guarantee an award focus mainly on trapping tempted students. Nobody can guarantee a scholarship. . Don't get into the trap commonly known as 'Scholarship guarantee'. Nothing of the sort exists on Earth except SCAMS!
•Fifth and last, there is NO Free Scholarships: How? Nothing comes so easily and for free. No such thing like free Scholarships. This means Scholarships are generally given to students with genuine and asked academic records. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A DEGREE, which I’ve no comment at this point in time!.
NB: As a scholarship aspirant you MUST research around meticulously on the funding procedures IF ANY!! Or else at least every scholarship seeker is at risk of being a prey to any scholarship scam.

Edinburgh Global Development Academy Master’s Scholarships, UK
Description : The University of Edinburgh will offer 2 full Master’s scholarships for students from less developed countries and 2 partial Master’s scholarships for UK/EU students for eligible Master’s programmes offered by the University.
Scholarships will be available for students pursuing one of the following Global Development Academy programmes:
• MSc Africa and International Development
• MSc Environment and Development
• MSc Science, Technology and International Development
• MSc Multilevel and Regional Politics
Each full scholarship will cover the overseas rate of tuition fee, a maintenance allowance of £10,000 and return flights. Each partial scholarship will cover the UK/EU rate of tuition fee only.
Eligibility The full scholarships will be awarded to students who are accepted for admission onto an eligible Global Development Academy programme at the University of Edinburgh. Applicants must be both nationals of and resident in the following countries mentioned on the site.
Criteria
The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit. Candidates must have, or expect to obtain, a UK first class or 2:1 Honours degree at undergraduate level or the international equivalent.
Application Procedure

Each Scholarship will meet the course fees at the Home/EC rate and will offer £3,500 toward maintenance. In addition, the Accounting and Finance Division will waive the remainder of the course fees in the event that a Scholarship is awarded to an overseas fee paying applicant.
Who can apply?
Applicants may be of any nationality and must hold or expect to obtain an offer of a place on the full time MSc in Investment Analysis for entry in September 2010. Eligibility: You must be an international student from a developing country and hold an offer for a full-time undergraduate degree at the University.
Criteria: Academic excellence, development potential and financial need.
Deadline: 31 May 2010.
Diplomatic Scholarships
Amount: 65% fee waivers.
Eligibility: These scholarships are available to you if you are a child of diplomats from developing countries, whose countries are unable to contribute to the fees. Your parent in the diplomatic post must be based in the UK, and you must hold an offer for a full-time undergraduate degree at the University. The scholarship is for the length of the course (3 or 4 years) and is subject to satisfactory academic progress. These scholarships are limited in number and are competitive.

Radio Dj mmoja wa shirika la utangazaji BBC kituo cha jijini Birmingham jumatatu ya tarehe 17 mchana aliropoka na kusema Malikia kafariki dunia.Kama haitoshi inadaiwa kua Dj huyo alipiga wimbo wa taifa kusindikiza tangazo lake.Mtangazaji huyo kwa jina Danny Kelly, 39 amekiri kukosea tangazo na kuomba radhi kwani alikua na tangazo tofauti na maalumu kwa wasikilizaji wake ambalo lilimfanya amtaje Malikia bila kukusudia.
Habari zaidi zinasema Dj huyo amekiri kukosea tangazo muda mfupi baada ya kutangaza na hatimaye kuomba radhi kwa wasikilizaji na kwa mhusika mwenyewe.Baadae shirika kubwa kabisa la utangazaji hapa Uingereza liliomba radhi pia kwa kosa hilo ambalo limechukuliwa kama ni utani alio ufanya mtangazaji huyo dhidi ya Malikia.

Muziki unapotumika kutoa ujumbe ambao kila mtu aweza kua na mtazamo tofauti.Huyu anasema money is not a problem, problem how to use it..je ni kweli? unaweza jiuliza unavyotumia pesa zako kama ni sahihi ndo zinavyotakiwa kutumika? Matumizi ya simu kwa madereva barabarani
Imekua ni kawaida sana kuona mtu anaendesha gari, pikipiki,ama hata baiskeli huku akiandika meseji kwneye simu yake. Tukichukulia ule usafiri wa umma kama bus na usfairi miwingine kama taxi au Coach, school bus na zingine.Ivi nini wajibu wetu kama abiria unapokua kwenye bus au taxi na kuoana dereva yuko busy na simu huku anaendesha? Busy nina maana kutuma meseji au kuhangaika kupokea simu wakati gari liko kwenye mwendo mkali. Ukiacha yeye mwenyewe kua hatarini kuacha njia anaweza pia sababisha ajali kwa madereva wengine.
Wataalamu wa mambo ya usalama barabarani Virginia Marekani, wamesema kuna asilimia kubwa kwa dereva anaye endesha gari huku akitumia simu ya mkono kupata ajali, au kusababisha ajali kwa madereva wengine wanaotumia barabara wakati huo.Wataalamu hao kutoka chuo cha usafiri cha Virginia, wanasema kugonga au kugongana na gari jingine kuanaweza kutokea wakati wowote wakati dereva anaandika meseji ama kupiga na kupokea simu ya mkono huku akiwa anaendesha gari.

Hata hivyo kukua kwa teknolojia ya simu kumechangia kwa kiasi kuongezeka kwa ajali za barabarani kutokana na kwamba watu wamekua wakitumia simu wakati wanaendesha. Kwa maana hio kuna haja ya kuanzisha sheria inayo husu matumizi ya simu kwa madereva ili kupunguza ajali za barabarani. Wataalamu hao wanazidi kudai hakuna sheria kamili inayotaja kosa la kutumia simu wakati unaendesha bali ipo tu ya makosa ya jumla mfano: kuendesha gari kwa uzembe barabarani (reckless driving). Ambayo inamtaja mkosaji kua nakosa ya kutojalia usalama wa wengine, mali, hata kuhatarisha maisha.Hivi sasa majimbo kama California, Connecticut, DC, new Jersey, new York, Oregon na Washington wamezuia matumizi ya simu kwa madereva wote sio tu waendesha mabasi na madereva walio chini ya miaka 20 kama ilivyo kua hapo mwanzo.
Hata hivyo kukua kwa teknolojia ya simu kumechangia kwa kiasi kuongezeka kwa ajali za barabarani kutokana na kwamba watu wamekua wakitumia simu wakati wanaendesha. Kwa maana hio kuna haja ya kuanzisha sheria inayo husu matumizi ya simu kwa madereva ili kupunguza ajali za barabarani. Hivi bongo ni lini tutakua na vizuizi katika makutano ya train na barabara za magari? pamoja na kwamba kuna madereva naita wapumbavu kwakutoa zingatia alama za barabarani. Hesabu za ajabu!!!!!!!!!!
Kama Hesabu zenyewe ndio hizi kuna haja ya kufuta zisiwepo kabisa hahahahaha japo tumaneno tunaonekana tuna ukweli ndani yake lol! sasa sijui ukweli uko wapi.Hebu tazama jamaa alivyo kokotoa DADA ZETU hapo halafu nipe comment ukweli wa maneno ukoje.Nimeona si vibaya kusikia maoni ya wengine kuhusiana na ujumbe uliomo kwenye hesabu ya ajabu kabisa kama inavyo onekana hapo. Ash Clouds returns to the UK.
Some airspace in the UK have been closed again due to the cloud of volcanic ash from the Iceland which has once again returned leading to disrupted passengers travel plans. Flights affected of the same include those over parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Similarly, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dublin and Belfast International are amongst the airports affected. Glasgow flights resumes on Thursday 0100 whereas Edinburgh resumes 1900 tonight. However the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) will give updates after 1800.
Last month, the ash cloud forced the closure of much of Europe's airspace for almost a week. Thus this time, the CAA says passengers should contact their airlines to check whether their flight is operating. At the same time passengers are warned of the EMAIL SCAMS targeting passengers whom their travel plans been disrupted by the ash. Hence, they are advised to delete any message asking for personal details including passport information for refund. Instead all inquiry/claims have to be directed to the airline first for further details.

Ni matumaini yangu wote muwazima kabisa na mnaendelea vizuri na mapumziko ya mwisho wa wiki .Hali kadhalika wenye shida mbalimbali na wagonjwa nawapa pole (kama wapo). Nimepata hii email kutoka kwa my best friend ambaye anaishi Tanzania lakini si yeye ndiye alietuma. This is a new virus which started to circulate on Saturday 6/3/10 afternoon.
AOL has already confirmed the severity, and the anti virus softwares are not capable of destroying it .
The virus has been created by a hacker who calls himself 'life owner'.
PLEASE SEND A COPY OF THIS E-MAIL TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS, And ask them to PASS IT ON IMMEDIATELY
